What is an Eating Disorder?

Eating Disorders describe a behaviour that is characterized by irregular habits and severe distress or concern about body weight or shape. The most common form of eating disorders include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge eating, these affect all genders and all ages, eating disorders stem from a belief system about oneself.
