Anxiety is a natural response to danger, it's the emotion that hits us, stopping us from moving forward into a dangerous situation. You could call it a prevention because when you have an anxiety attack or feel extreme anxiety, you cannot function properly.
Imagine standing on the edge of a cliff, you look down and then you feel the fear of falling, that's perfectly natural because you could in fact fall.
Anxiety though, sometimes hits us when we're not in danger, it can be triggered from a stressful or fearful situation that doesn't warrant the amount of anxiety we are feeling, that's where I step in.....
