My goal is to help people, I myself went to see a Control Practitioner and overcame a damaging belief, one that held me back emotionally and successfully for most of my adult life. However, the changes I was able to make as a result of the Control System enabled me to soar as a person, so much so that I realised that I wanted to pay it forward, to help those who were stuck like I had been, so I trained to become a Control Practitioner. I then furthered my skillset and went on to train as a Mindset /Life Coach under Robbins Madanes Life Coaching.
I coach clients using the principles of The Six Human Needs which are: Certainty, Uncertainty/Variety, Significance, Love/Connection, Growth and Contribution. Human Needs Psychology is a practical inquiry into human motivation, as well as a collection of effective strategies for promoting both individual and group change. Many of our problems can be resolved by clarifying our beliefs, values and purpose, and by making strategic decisions and taking specific action.
Problems are solved most effectively as a result of a person’s increased growth, responsibility and mastery of our emotions, needs, decisions and purpose. The goal of Human Needs Psychology is to give interventionists like myself skilful and non-invasive means for promoting rapid, sustainable change and personal growth.
I have a warm, kind and understanding nature and I possess a unique ability to connect with people. Vital tools and qualities to have in this field. Wanting and being able to help others overcome such things as, negative thought patterns, low self-esteem, phobias, smoking cessation, addiction, trauma, abuse and many more life hindering issues, is the force that drives me. To watch a person grow and blossom into who they’re meant to be is the reason I became a coach and practitioner.
I have created amazing results for people and have made many positive changes in myself.
With my help and expertise, you will be able to overcome emotions relating to a vast number of issues. I work with the subconscious mind, the part of us that holds on to negative thought patterns, behaviour and fears. The part of us that holds deep rooted core beliefs, many of which do not serve us well.
Once we understand how the Subconscious works and why it thinks the way it does and have a greater awareness of our needs, we will have the power and tools necessary to change negative thought patterns that lead to negative and sometimes detrimental behaviour. My Coaching Skills enable me to help guide a person from where they are in the present to where they wish to be in the future. To enable and empower a person to make positive change in their life. Now is the time to make positive change.
Assess your thoughts, learn where they stem from and control how they grow. Sometimes, when bad things happen and they do, it's our subconscious mind that responds not our conscious mind, the subconscious is the part of our mind that holds onto old beliefs, old fears and sometimes completely irrational thoughts. Before we even get a chance to consciously respond to a situation our subconscious overtakes our thoughts making us behave inappropriately. These are negative patterns that can be changed quite simply.
You're just committed to certain patterns of behaviour because they have helped you in the past. Now those behaviours have become more harmful than helpful.
The reason why you can't move forward is because you keep applying an old pattern to a new level of your life.
Change the pattern to get a new result and a positive state of mental health.

The Six Human Needs Psychology, developed by Tony Robbins, identifies six fundamental needs that drive human behaviour. These needs are often organized into two categories: emotional needs and psychological needs. Understanding how the subconscious mind interacts with these needs can help explain behaviour and motivate change. Here’s a breakdown of each need and its connection to the subconscious:
The need for security, safety, and predictability in life.
Subconscious Connection: The subconscious mind seeks comfort and stability. When individuals feel uncertain, their subconscious may react by reverting to familiar patterns and behaviours, even if they are unhealthy. This can lead to self-sabotage or avoidance of risk.
The need for change, challenge, and stimulation.
Subconscious Connection: While the subconscious likes routine for the sake of certainty, it also craves novelty. When people feel trapped in monotony, their subconscious may push them to seek out new experiences, even if it disrupts their certainty, leading to a balance between stability and excitement.
The need to feel important, needed, and worthy.
Subconscious Connection: The desire for significance can drive people to seek validation and recognition from others. If the subconscious feels undervalued, it may lead to feelings of inadequacy, prompting behaviours aimed at gaining attention or importance, sometimes resulting in unhealthy competition or drama.
The need for love, connection, and belonging.
Subconscious Connection: The subconscious craves emotional intimacy and connection. When individuals experience loneliness or disconnection, their subconscious may lead them to seek relationships or attachments, sometimes in unhealthy ways, to fulfil this need.
The need for personal development, learning, and growth.
Subconscious Connection: The subconscious is constantly processing and assimilating experiences. When individuals prioritize growth, they are often more open to learning from their experiences, leading to positive changes. Conversely, a lack of growth can lead to stagnation and dissatisfaction.
The need to give back, serve, and support others.
Subconscious Connection The subconscious mind often feels fulfilled when individuals contribute to the well-being of others. Engaging in acts of kindness or service can elevate one’s sense of purpose and happiness. When individuals ignore this need, they may experience feelings of emptiness or lack of meaning in their lives.
By addressing these needs through mindset coaching and hypnosis, clients can reshape their subconscious beliefs and behaviours, leading to more fulfilling lives and relationships.
I could honestly well up writing this, for all the best and most wonderful reasons! Rachel has absolutely flipped my life around in such a short space of time. From the consultation session on Zoom I knew I had to work with Rachel, as she made such an immediate impact on me and I left even that first session feeling like a changed person.
Abandonment anxiety experienced from a long term relationship has GONE. I never thought I'd be able to think of my ex or what happened and feel absolutely nothing but peace, but I can, and that's all down to Rachel (and me being an awesome boss of my crew!!!)
I won't go on much more but I cannot wait to recommend Rachel to all my friends and family, and even though I have a feeling I won't need to see you again professionally again as you did such a great job, I hope our paths cross again!

I’ve recently completed my sessions with Rachel and she was great. Very easy to talk to and discuss worries and problems whilst giving great advice and guidance as to why I was feeling the way I felt.

After suffering from depression and anxiety for most of my adult life, I finally plucked up the courage to seek proper help as meds were not helping anymore.

I wish I could have reached into the screen to give Rachel a huge hug. After going through some trauma, I lost my dad, my relationship failed then I became a single mother, I did not see a light at the end of the tunnel. After session one I literally felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Dealing with the anger that I’ve been holding in for 5 years I now feel like I can breathe again. Rachel has made me look at things differently and given me the confidence to rebuild myself and know my worth. It's been the best part of a year since my sessions with Rachel and I have left it this long to write my review so I knew for sure how well it had worked. I contacted Rachel due to a huge crisis in confidence after an incident on my horse. I had become terrified of not only riding but handling him and it was stopping me enjoying what I love. Although I was pushing through, my fear was being transferred to Tom, who was having a crisis of his own being a relatively new horse to me. Rachel helped me to understand my subconscious (my crew 😊) and how to work with it to rebalance how I was feeling. I'm still in awe of how quickly my crew got to work and how my mindset changed dramatically. My riding friends saw such a change in me we still talk about it now. I can't thank Rachel enough for the work she did with me. She was so patient and understanding and I would urge anyone who is considering hypnotherapy to go for it, you really have nothing to lose.
I attended one of Rachel’s breath work sessions - WOW. I arrived at the studio which Rachel had prepared in a warm and caring way; comfortable mats, cosy socks, eye masks and a soft blanket for added warmth. I didn’t really know what to expect but knew I was in safe and caring hands and was excited to experience whatever unfolded.
After a brief but thorough introduction we lay down with our eye masks in place, ready to begin the journey…..
And what a journey it was! Rachel guided us through breathing techniques with her soft and reassuring words whilst an amazing music track played in the background. I felt like I had been lifted into a different vibrational plane and was acutely aware of my own energy field. My whole physical body was tingling and alive and I sensed by the close of our session that this was all I was aware of; my physicality had literally dropped away. It was an incredibly profound and deeply cleansing and releasing experience.
Thank you Rachel for your soft and safe guidance and for holding us in such a safe and special space whilst we journeyed far and beyond.

I approached Rachel as I had heard about Controlled Practice and wanted to explore what New You could do for me. I had reached breaking point with my emotions causing physical stress on my body. I was fed up with feeling the way I was feeling! I could tell myself until I was blue in the face how I should be feeling but it just wasn’t adding up to how I was actually feeling.
Rachel explained the process we would go through together with compassion and understanding. We discussed key traumas that had happened to me during my lifetime as-well as day to day handling of certain situations, narrowing things down to the fact I actually had low self esteem.
The process was truly fascinating and so educational to how the mind works.
After our second session, situations arose and how I would usually react emotionally and physically we’re far less than previous. It was such a great feeling!
I still had a bit more “stuff” to go through so the third session was drawing on that and again after this, situations arose and my emotions and reactions were how I’d wanted to be before this whole process started. I feel at peace with myself and that I matter! I hadn’t felt this for many years.
I now have a practice that I have taken away from this, to keep checking in on myself for my mental wellbeing. The same as you would go to a gym to keep your body in shape - except this is for your mental health. Whatever your struggles you owe it to yourself to work on overcoming them and being the best, happiest version of you. The New You!
I cannot recommend Rachel enough. I live in the midlands and we were able to have our sessions via Zoom. Rachel was very flexible for appointments and made me feel very relaxed and safe during each session.

I reached out to Rachel when I needed some support to manage some of my negative beliefs towards relationships. Looking back I thought I just needed a little change. I actually needed a total rethink! I thought I had confidence and self worth but I REALLY do now. I also learnt about having belief in myself and trusting in others.
